I am a secondary school Business teacher and the topic that I am focusing on in this Blog within the Leaving Cert syllabus is Management, specifically the Characteristics and Skills a manager should possess. Management is looked at in the syllabus in both Units 3 &4 but the area that this Blog focuses on only concerns Unit 3!
